Yin Yoga with Lauren Burns

Join Lauren on this 6 week journey through the discovery of the major meridians of the body through this powerful yet gentle practice of Yin Yoga. Lauren will work in techniques and insights from her training in Kinesiology, along with the releasing and replenishing postures from the Yin Yoga series. A great compliment to a Yang practice, for thosesuffering from adrenal burnout, chronic fatigue, or who are experiencing the demands of a busy and challenging lifestyle. Yin Yoga postures focus on relaxing the muscles to exercise deep connective tissues (fascia), joints and ligaments releasing stress and tension throughout the entire body, resulting in structural and mental balance. Yin Yoga can be practiced alone or as a compliment to more dynamic styles of Yoga. Please note that Yin Yoga is not restorative Yoga but yoga for balance.

Next course starts Wednesday the 6th October (Just after the school holidays) 
Wednesday mornings: 10.00am - 11.15am   

Fees for 6 week courses: 

1 x class per week $114 

Discounts: Those booked into either of the Ashtanga Courses Saturdays qualify for a 10% discount from the cost of the course.

Class sizes are strictly limited and all course bookings require a deposit of $50 on reservation, and the balance to be paid in the first class of the course.
