“Be the change you want to see in the world”
The soulshine concept philosophy is aligned with the sage and inspirational words of peacemaker Mahatma Ghandi. Our aim is to bring light and promote health and happiness in the lives of those attending our classes. Our yoga programs in turn encourage others to contribute to the positive change they would like to see in the world.
When practicing yoga, we practice mindfulness not only within our own lives, but the lives of those around us. Moving our bodies in Yoga Asana, and creating space for inner contemplation amidst our busy lives and also helps develop cohesive, communicative and healthy workplaces.
Practitioners who are given the time to let their soulshine in a regular yoga practice cultivate and spread positive energy in relationships with co-workers, families friends and in turn our community. Soulshine is privileged to be a part of that eco system!
